Nobel Prize not so Noble

Unlike Michelle Obama, who for the first time in her 44+ years is proud to be an American, I am for the first time in my 49 years evermore embarrassed for my Government.  I suspect the Prize was a reward for Obama’s pathetic attempt at apologies for America to the world. (Mr Obama, please do not apologize for me ever again). These apologies are so disturbing, especially when directed to Europe, which simply would not exist without the protection of our uncompromising might. You can bet your last dollar that every last one of those panty-waste-liberals that bequeathed this diminishing award to Obama will be the very first ones to crawl out from under the rubble if their homeland is attacked, and long for and beg for  the days with a Cowboy Administration in Washington that will go fight the fight for their protection.

I kind of look at this Nobel Prize thing as very similar to those Little League organizations that pass out trophies to every kid, Win Or Lose. You know, the guys who think it is immoral or degrading to keep score. The Nobel Organization is comprised of European Elites who reward people who think like them.  Just like the little leaguers, most of the people who walk home with a trophy are actually “not exceptional”.

1. The only Obama policies that are maintaining or increasing in amount of public support are his Iraq and Afghanistan policies. Which are no more than continuance (or increase of) Bush’s policies.  MMMM, intersting. 
2. Obama went to a Michigan community college last week and said that Community Colleges are Oh So Important because all those lost jobs in the Auto Industry (manufacturing) are gone and not coming back.  He went on to say Auto Workers need to get retrained in other disciplines. FYI: this is exactly what McCain said during the campaign and was blasted by the unions and liberal press for having such a negative outlook and being so unrealistic and mean to the poor workers.  MMMM, interesting.
3. Has anybody out there actually listened to this Ed Shcultz guy? He is the most listened to Liberal radio host.  Holy Smokes, this guy is a head case.  And I thought Oberman was a nut job, this guy makes Obermanlook like a open minded appeaser.  Ed Schultz the other day just unloaded on Rush Limbaugh, calling him a stupid deaf drug ridden scum bag, a coward, a fat pig a womanizer.  Making fun of a man’s disability (deafness).  MMMMM, Ihtought liberals were proponents of compassion, inclusion, live and let live life styles, respect for others and their opinions.  Not so Much I guess.  And by the way, Al Franken was one of the most Vile and over the top critic of all things conservative and religious, yet the liberals voted him in as a Senator. I don’t get it, why do liberals find such hatred and anger appealing and virtuous and deserving of their vote and or support? Don’t get me started on Jeneen Guroffolo (spelling?, who cares).

Please do not go abroad and dole out your ridiculous apologies to foreign governments that would still be considered “Third World” if not for us.

I am not sorry for our country’s industrial might and advancement and contributions to the world in technology, manufacturing,  medicine etc.etc.

I am not sorry and offer no apologies to European governments for our Military, FBI, CIA, our laws, our morals, and our principles.  Don’t get me started on where Europe would be without us.

I am not sorry and offer no apologies to the Middle Eastern Governments or their people for our Christian beliefs, principles, morals and Government etc.

So please, with all due respect; Knock it off with all the apologizing. We are Not Sorry!

Bizzaro G-20 Summit…Right Wing Communists and Socialists

Has anyone else noticed the leader of Communist China and all the Prime Ministers of the Socialistic European governments are running to the RIGHT of our President?

They are making  a lot  of sense; Criticizing the U.S. President for to much spending and over taxing.

Obama: ‘Atta-Boy Timmy Geithner

Does anyone else get the same uneasy feeling of Obama’s insistent praise of Tim Geithner’s performance to date at the Treasury as we did with W’s “Heck of a  Job Brownie”  regarding  the FEMA Director, Michael Brown, after Katrina?

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me.

Obama is just a Narcissist, someone get him help

I think Obama is a actually perfect clinical case of a Narcissist.  He just CRAVES attention, you know,  like a campaign gives him, or a late night comedy show, but governing  just simply does not excite him.   Hell, he ran for the Senate…won…..and immediately started running for President. When he actually did sit in a governing body ( Illinois Senate) he mostly just voted “Present”.  Oh well, as the bumper snicker says; One Big Ass Mistake America.

Mr. Obama, you asked for it, you got it. Now park the damn plane and get to work. Jackets required please.

3 Mistakes not to make in 2009

 

1.       Do not make plans without God. Include God in Everything. Invite God into Every day, Every experience, Everything you do.

2.       Do not Presume about tomorrow.  No one knows about tomorrow. Never fear about your future. Trust in God. Plan for the Future but live in the present. Live one day at a time to its fullest.

3.       Do not put off doing Good.  Stop procrastinating.  Do the very next right thing.

 

5 ways to experience contentment in 2009

 

1.       Avoid Comparisons.  Be content in spite of the circumstances. The root of discontentment is comparing yourself to other people.

2.       Adjust to change trustfully. Trust in God in everything. There are things in this life we can control, and do.  There are things in life we can control, but we don’t.  There are circumstances in life we cannot control; leave these to God.

3.       Draw on Christ’s Power repeatedly.  Whatever you face, whatever valley you are in, walk through it in Faith.

4.       Trust God to meet your needs faithfully. 

5.       Do the next Right Thing. 

Obama Just like W

 W’s economic team absolutely blew up our economy on his watch.  Even though he is clearly on the record as to warning the Senate that the whole Sub-Prime thing was going to blow….he owed us more of a warning and action to correct it. Thus no intellectually honest person can come to the conclusion that his economic performance was anything short of a Failure

He took us to war, I wish he hadn’t, but he did and I reluctantly have come to the conclusion that it was the correct decision.

 

However, I fear for our nation under Obama. He has not even been sworn in yet and he has completely flipped on a whole litany of “campaign promises”. Much to my pleasure I must admit, but not the subject of this post.

 

The worst indication of his upcoming presidency is that he has nominated a Tax Evader for the Treasury.

And

To head up our Justice Dept.  a man who fought for a pardon for a fugitive on the FBI’s 10 most wanted list who among many things transacted billions of dollars of business with enemies of our country.

 

Really!?

 

He needs to dump these nominees and get a couple of new ones.

 

All you Obama supporters, do you really want a Tax Evader running the IRS and a Foolish Clintonian Yes-Man running the Justice Department. 

 

Certainly there are better candidates.

 

Or is Obama just being stubborn and digging in his heals?   Ahhh, Just like Bush,….maybe I should rethink this guy..
